仲山滑雪场位于淳化县车乌镇，占地1197亩，其中国有建设用地177亩，集体建设用地15亩，其他需流转用地727亩。

仲山滑雪场规划设计内容建设完成后，将成为距离西安市和咸阳市最近的最大滑雪场，是陕西省最具活力的全季山地运动旅游度假区和最舒适的滑雪旅游度假区，也是陕西省乡村振兴与旅游发展联动示范项目。滑雪场开业后，全年将接待游客约8万人次，带动直接就业约350人，间接就业2500人，务工群众每年增收1.5万元；同时将带动淳化县四季旅游的全面发展，创造车乌镇乡村旅游发展新篇章，进一步带动淳化县及周边村镇经济收入和社会就业，形成稳定的城市带动乡村旅游专项经济效益。
